What is stored when you sign in
- An opaque identifier that Google gives this site for your account. It is specific to this site and means nothing anywhere else.
- A display name, which you choose and can change.
- A seat colour preference for the games.
- When the account was created, and when it was last used.
What is not stored
Your email address. This site never asks Google for it, so it is never sent and there is nothing here to lose. Same for your profile picture, your contacts, and everything else in your Google account.
There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts on any page.
Cookies
One cookie, set only if you sign in. It keeps you signed in and does nothing else. Signing out deletes it.
The site also uses your browser's local storage for things like your theme, your skin, and which games you've recently joined. That never leaves your device.
Signing in is optional
Every game on this site can be played without an account. Signing in exists so you don't have to retype your name and pick your colour at every table.
Deleting your account
Email me and I'll delete the row. There isn't much in it.
Changes
If this ever starts storing more than the above — game results, for instance — this page gets updated first.
